How do I know how many calories I burned doing Insanity?
I just started today with the fit test!
It was hard but awesome!!!
I cant wait to keep pushing myself!

  I started Insanity today as well, I used my HRM and I burned about 420 calories. I am pretty sure we will burn more tommorow, I will let you know

  I need one of those!
  I have no idea how much I burned, but I know my legs felt like spaghetti!
