Yesterday I was having trouble uploading all the pics so here they are.

Before insanity:

    wow great..did you change anything between round 1 and round 2?.. like diet etc...

    The one thing that I did change was my macros, mfp had them at 55%carbs/15%protein/30%fat. I switched them to 40/30/30 and started cooking meals from skinnytaste.com.
