workout often, eat healthy and watch your portions. the only food i would think you should cut out completely is fast food. protein, fruit and veggies are the best for you.

this is the best idea of ive heard of! to do slips! you are a genius!

amazing! good for you! and honestly, I dont see anything wrong with hanging up a before picture of yourself...might be a nice daily reminder on the progress you've made. Also, maybe it takes the mind a bit to catch up with idea of the "new you" : )

I think it depends on the person and their body type and of course how YOU feel. Im about 5'4 / 5'5 and Im aiming for 130 pounds. However, im fine with that # being higher if its more muscle and toned. at one point I got down to 128ish and I was starting to feel too thin and wanted my curves back. so for me, I feel most…

High protein! so, Protein bars are great snack, curb hunger. Also, carbonated water is filling. Grapes and almonds are also a good option.

just start walking! and jog as much of it as you can but dont get discouraged if you cant run a mile, jog when you can otherwise just walk at least 3x a week, daily if possible. also add in weight lifting, that helps a lot.

scrambled eggs or omlete with veggies? or a wrap/sandwich and some fruit. big salad with some chicken (salsa instead of dressing, less calories). and if youre careful what you get....subway sandwich.

i agree with getting your gallbladder checked out and or food allergies / intolerance. dairy and gluten are huge. I had similar issues, had my gallbladder out and cut out dairy and now have no issues

ive been encouraging people i know to get on here too as Ive found it super helpful but started to realize im not sure i want a ton of people i know to be my friends. I feel like i wouldnt feel as comfortable and it is more about me vs socializing. granted i love having friends, but id almost prefer friends i dont actually…

one of my all time favorite quotes, "the journey of 1000 miles...begins with 1 step!" you got this, just stay focused, and dont think of it as striving for an end result, think of it as a lifestyle change and take one day at a time. It can happen and will happen if you just keep on moving forward. : )

try exchanging for sparkling water with flavor. La Croix has some good ones, and theyre canned. I too love the carbonation, plus its filling. : ) good luck.

I also had my gallbladder out. Dont regret it, was definately for the best. However, I also had to cut out dairy. Just cant handle it anymore. And actually I think its a blessing in disguise because I think it helps with some of the weight loss, in my case anyway. Also I have to avoid a lot of fat and grease now too,…

Great idea! i tend to snack later in the day too, always looking for tips to avoid it.
