A gain last week and no loss this week equals I have to get my butt moving!! Total loss for this challenge is still 6.2 lbs and I want to keep that momentum going!

Hello! I have been dropping weight like crazy just because I have been eating super good. I started going to the gym this week finally. Eating better has provided me with more energy so I was able to get back at it. I feel terrific! I hope to go again tonight after I run everyone to their after school sports activities.…

I lost 3.6lbs this week which puts me to a total of 5.4 for this challenge. I am doing nothing but eating clean. I still don't have enough energy to do much exercise.

MOTIVATED! I am kicking butt right now and it feels good. I had a weight gain on week 2 and it sucked but I think I am on my way now. The one thing we can always remember is that even if you slip up, it doesn't mean you have to give up!!!

My main goal for April is to finish out the elimination diet my doctor prescribed. My hope is that this will allow me the energy to do things I haven't been able to do as of late. This weekend was a success so we will see what the rest of the month holds. I guess that means my secondary goal for the month is to get off the…

I am serious but not feeling well and gained this week. I have some medical problems I am working through but I am determined not to give up. One day at a time!

You do what makes you happy. People who do not understand do not have to understand because they are not living your life. I had one done as well. I think of it as "reconstruction" because after weight loss, things can become out of place. I went from always having a fuller figure to having nothing. I cried almost every…

I have been LAZY this week! There, I said it. This challenge has helped me not lose sight completely so I am still managing to lose a little weight. I plan on a really active weekend to get me in the groove for a not so lazy week next week.

Thank Goodness, I will just have to use the tapeworm diet until then. . .

It is too much work to figure out what I am eating and log it to get the right numbers. Too bad Hostess went out of business. I wanted to get on the Twinkie diet. They are only 150 calories each. I could eat 10 and be within my 1500 calories.

I brought good food to work but forgot the snacks so I slipped up and had donuts. I was STARVING! I am more prepared today. I was so pooped out from the weekend that I opted for a night on the couch instead of exercising. I will be going to the gym tonight regardless of how tired I am. All the stuff I did over the weekend…

I am so ready for this! Excited too.

My name is Christi, I am from central Minnesota. For this challenge, my goal is to lose 30lbs. I realize I am going to be pushing myself hard to accomplish this within the time frame but I know I can do it if i stick with it. I admittedly start and stop this fitness feat all the time and I hate that I do it. I used to love…

This looks like a lot of fun. I am planning on doing the color run. This one is tempting me.

Day 8: Walking 3.0mph pace for 120 minutes. I think that makes up for missing Day 3.
-
Day 7: Jogging at 5mph pace for 30 minutes with my favorite companion - Keeva the American Bulldog. She will definitely keep me going and never slows down.
-
Day 6 - no exercise; at the hospital all night with my son so I slept in and took it easy. Now I owe for Day 3, Day 4 and Day 6. I am quickly falling in the hole here. I better get diggin;!!!

Day 5 - Walking 3.0 mph pace for 30 minutes
-
Missed day 4. I now owe for day 3 and day 4.

I am going to skip day 3 and double up this weekend because I started a day later than everyone else and I want to be on the same day. It is driving me crazy to post 1 day later on everything.

Day 2: Brisk 30 minute walk (4 mph pace)

Day 1 - Tuesday, February 12th Cleaned the shop for 1.5 hours to get ready for a client visit instead of sitting at my desk. No, technically this was not a standard workout but it was very physical work and I did work up a sweat. It was something I normally never do so I am counting it. I usually spend the whole work day…

Thank you all for your advice and insight. I will be taking a detailed list to my doctor tomorrow so none of the points I need to speak with her about are missed. I appreciate the feedback!!
