Try stir-fry. Saute diced chicken, add a bag of frozen vegis, and your preference of sauce. Cooks quick and you can change it up by adding different veggies and sauces. Serve over rice or noodles or just eat plain :)

Try roasting vegies for a very different flavor. For example, I'm not a big fan of brussle sprouts, but roast them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, YUM! I have tried a lot of vegies this way and all have been great :)

You could try making your own, probably still isn't great for you but at least you can control what you put in it. Start with equal parts margarine (I use light) and flour. Melt margarine and stir in flour, whisk until smooth, add room temp or slightly warmed milk ( I use 2% or less) and wisk until right consistency. Can…
