  • I read on here that a weighted hula hoop can help. I've only been doing it for a week or so so haven't noticed any changes but it definitely hurts at first. I have massive bruises to prove it!
  • Thanks everyone, I'm 6 pounds away from my goal weight so I'll see if that makes any different. I feel like the more weight I lose the more out of proportion I look as obviously you can't spot target weight loss. I know a personal trainer so I'll get some exercise advice from them also X
  • I'm doing bicycle twists and twisting sit ups. I don't really feel any pain in my stomach muscles but they ache a little like they usually do after ab exercises. I did this for the first time yesterday but when I tried to do it again today my coccyx really hurt to the point where I had to start. I'm not sure whether to…
  • I have read that a weighted hula hoop is really good for toning love handles, has anyone noticed this? I am slowly getting abs from the gym but my stubborn love handles just won't budge! It runs in the family (my sisters have the same body shape) but am hoping some different exercises will help to shift them! X
  • I've been on it for 8 weeks. It's great as I don't feel hungry and its easy to stick to but the weight loss is slow - 10 pounds in 8 weeks. I'm going to try calorie counting on the plan to kick start the weight loss a bit
  • Hi, I'm 25, 5'8 and currently weigh 145 pounds (uk dress size 10 top and 12 bottom). I started at 155 pounds and have been losing weight quite slowly. My aim is to 140pounds (eventually 136 to give me a bit of leeway) and a UK dress size 10. I exercise 4-5 times a week and burn between 300-600 calories depending on the…
  • I agree with everything in moderation. Pre diet I used to drink a lot of full fat coke every day at work (I used to work in a restaurant) but now I'm on a diet I only drink diet soft drinks if I really fancy something fizzy. This may be because I don't particularly like the taste of diet drinks. I saw on a tv programme…
  • I went to uni in Leicester!
  • I'm from London X
  • Hi everyone, having worked at Nandos and having to eat it every day I definitely realised what to eat in order to stick to my diet. I usually ate a 1/4 chicken breast with rice & corn or with luso beans or ratouille. The mediterranean salad is pretty good too as a side with a 1/4 chicken. I would definitely recommend…
