Just a tip I use hummus instead of mayo when I make my tuna now. Tastes just as good.

I love doing tacos I try to get the whole wheat soft shells but this week did plain flour. I did ground turkey with taco seasoning and some ground flax seeds. I still got about 5-10 to go to get to my absolute pre baby weight. I'm using the abs diet book and do zumba when I can. Trying just not to gain during the holidays now.

It is possible to get healthy stuff couponing. I get almond milk, juices, and vitamins and supplements. Also toiletries and diapers. ! It takes time to shop but its worth the savings.

My oven hasn't been working either I use the crock pot and foreman grill. Also taster oven for french fries, sweet potato fries, nuggets etc. As the others said veggies can be microwaved.

I just started the Abs Diet for women. It gives you the power foods that help melt belly fat and the exercises also. I do feel thinner after 2 weeks on it so far.

Try a mulit vitamin the prenatal over the counter have higher amounts. when I wad pregnant i also did the chew-able calcium supplements. For iron and potassium I do extra beans and spinach, and bananas. =)

After I watched and read Fast Food nation I stopped eating beef. I under stand why you want to go vegan or vegetarian. For the most part with out junk food it is healthier. Good luck I do mostly meatless Mondays and try to eat more fish and veggie burgers.

I"ve heard of paleo pancakes using just a banana and egg whites, i was thinking of doing that w some pureed pumpkin...I usually just add canned pumpkin to the regular mix.

I made a "Pizza soup" recipe used ground turkey instead of sausage it was awesome just google pizza soup crock pot it will come up. You can customize with low sodium sauce and skim cheese.
