Women's Daily Vitamin

I have a tendency to be anemic and I am always low on calcium and potassium in my diet. I would like to find a good supplement that can provide all of these. Any idea?

I don't know where you're located, but any mainstream brand of women's multi-vitamin from your local pharmacy should be fine.

If your potassium shows up low in MFP, it's probably because the food database lacks info on potassium. Potassium deficiency is rare, so unless your doctor recommended a supplement, i wouldn't worry about it.

Try a mulit vitamin the prenatal over the counter have higher amounts. when I wad pregnant i also did the chew-able calcium supplements. For iron and potassium I do extra beans and spinach, and bananas. =)

Thank you both. I was wondering about MFP calculations on the potassium, as it shows I get almost none despite eating bananas and spinach. Glad it's most likely wrong! I have been taking (inconsistently) a children's chewable vitamin with iron. I really suck when it comes to taking vitamins that taste gross. Ha ha! Prenatals sucked when I was pregnant. Still can't stand the smell of them! I think the chewable calcium supplement might be good, the commercials make them sound yummy anyway!
