  Hi, i am looking for some recipe's for light pumpkin waffles and pancakes, if you can help i would be very greatful,

  I"ve heard of paleo pancakes using just a banana and egg whites, i was thinking of doing that w some pureed pumpkin...I usually just add canned pumpkin to the regular mix.
