yeah thats the part that confuses me. No your not eating enough calories go to the tools tab, click bmr, follow the prompts and it will tell you the right amount. Im 183 pounds and i need to eat 1500 a day so you will be alot more

as an x addict of the scale im goign to sugget something radical-get rid of your scale, lol. Seriously I feel like I kicked a drug or something. I weigh only when I go to the doctor and go mainly by how I feel and how my clothes fit. I threw my scale away and I am much less stressed

Wow it really helps to read these posts! I agree cutting out all carbs just isnt realistic. I decided to eat mostly fruit and veggies but I make sure I have carbs for breakfast and lunch then I dont eat any starchy carbs after that and it really seems to be helping. I feel so much less bloated since I started that.

I know! when i walk alone I get bored even with my dog with me it gets monotonous after a couple days lol. Hoping I get some resoponses or maybe I could search a walking group near me on google or something
