I have the same problem! first time i tried it, it hurt so bad that i stopped after a week and a half. Now that I have start over, I just modify. Instead of power-squats i do regular slow ones. I use it some times, I have almost all the dressings and i liked it. However, it might not be good for our health but hey on days that i don't have many calories left i use it :)

I got the FT 40 its pretty much as the FT4 and i love it. i recommend to everyone (either one of them.) You can even use it when you swim :) Good luck

If you have a HRM with the strap, you should go of that. It has a more accurate reading. If not, MFP.
