As long as you're not over your weekly calorie goal you can give yourself some flexibility during the week by having a higher calorie deficit on some days and then using those calories on a different day during the week. Make sure to stay within the 100-200 range of going over your calories. Hope this helps :0)

Here is a Crustless Pumpkin Pie Recipe that is to die for! 15oz Can Libby's PURE pumpkin (Not the pumpkin pie mix) 3/4 cup egg white 3/4 cup heavy cream 3/4 splenda 1/2 t salt 1 t cinnamon 1 3/4 t pumpkin pie spice Mix all ingredients together.
