Chicken breast boiled, all fat trimmed, whole wheat pasta, and light Ragu for sauce. Add in some minced garlic, mushrooms, and or black olives if you like, for added zing because the light Ragu is slightly bland. (I add some sweet peas in mine too because it eliminates the need for a "side" dish and gives you some veggies) As with ANY pasta, portion control. Wish you the best0

Lol.
1 8 oz thing of Light Cream Cheese
1 cup 1% or Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Light parm cheese
2 tbsp Butter or margarine
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Minced Garlic.0 -
I make a fake Alfredo sauce with 1% Milk (1 cup), Butter (1/2 stick (add more to thicken), Parmesan 1/2 cup (or more.. ), sometimes I'll add in some other cheeses.. and some Italian seasonings.0

You could try cooking down some Laughing Cow light cheese wedges with a little bit of low sodium chicken broth, garlic, and pepper and lightly coating your pasta and chicken with it - then just top in off with a tablespoon or two of fresh Parmesan. You won't get quite the same flavor as a full fat chicken alfredo, but it doesn't taste bad!0
