I don't know about perfect pregnancy foods (I wasn't exactly health-smart when I was pregnant), but I recommend going under goals and changing them to what is recommended for your stage in pregnancy. That way you can log and see what you're eating and if it's balanced. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

I think it all depends on your build and how muscular you are. I looked good at the top edge of "normal" range for me... My husband looked like a skeleton 23 pounds above his "normal" range... I still eat junk food... just not as much of it at a time =D I eat everything I did before, I just focus more on my healthy alternatives and use the junk food as desert (sometimes planning my whole day around it if it's REALLY important to me LOL)
