  • Haven't lost any more weight, but have lost another cm on my stomach and another cm on my hips! I am so excited! Just hoping I keep up the momentum after I am back to work and dealing with students all day. Those kiddos are exhausting, makes it hard to summon the energy to work out
  • Just finished this today! It was a struggle but I did it! 3 weeks down!
  • There's a link to a website that helps you figure out the calories burned here: http://www.t25calories.com/ You can log it as your own thing in MFP, or you can use a heart monitor to see exactly what you burn. I personally don't log it at all because I don't want to be tempted to eat back. I upped my daily intake from 1200…
  • Done! I love Alpha Speed! Had ot modify a little in the burnout because of my heart and asthma, but the rest was done 100% I'm finding that now that I know the moves I can play my own music over the video and rock out to my own music. Helps time go by even faster.
  • You can do it!! Are you not getting past it because of time, motivation or difficulty? If it is difficulty, then modify everything for the first week or two. The first two weeks are the hardest! It gets easier as you get stronger. Even modified you will see progress. If motivation, feel free to add me as a friend and we…
  • Made it! Didn't have to do any mods until I reached the point where Tanya stays standing while hte others are in plank. For that section I followed Tanya. Then I also had to modify squat jumps and a couple of the push up things (just the part where we I had to do pushups on my knees but everything else I kept up with…
  • I didn't make it this day. Got a phone call with some bad family news half way through lower focus. Don't usually answer phone during workout but they called twice in a row, which is the sign of an emergency and by the time we got off hte phone, I couldn't finish. Ugh.
  • Hey! Wanted to log in my results! I had to measure a day early (Friday) because we had to go out of town over the weekend and do some work with husbands grandparents estate. Plus family stuff. It's been a rough weekend. But my results for week 2 are below. All loses are TOTAL since starting the program (not just for week2)…
  • Hi jwdjd2007! Thank you so much! You have just made my day. I was really worried about the modifying stuff.
  • GoosesC - I don't actually enter it into MFP. I just upped my daily calorie allowance to 1500-1600ish based on the recommendation from the T25 book and then I don't eat back any calories I burn from working out. However, originally I had planned to enter it and I use a heart monitor to help determine more accurately the…
  • Nailed it!! Went in not sure I was "feeling it" today. But I told myself I could rest at the 20min mark. When I hit 20min I was doing good and didn't want to break my flow. So I said I'd rest at 15. At 15 I felt good so I kept going. Did take a 10 second drink at 11minutes and had to pause for about 45 seconds around 6mins…
  • Just completed! This is the best workout I've had yet! B) I absolutely <3 Speed1.0 Today I only modified 2 activities total!!!! Did everything regular until burnout and then I had to modify: burpies and the "cross jack half tuck jump" thing. The burpies I did regular but instead of jumping into plank I stepped into it and…
  • I try to exercise 4-5x a week always but life gets in the way. I'm a high school teacher + full time grad student + family. It's hard. There are some days where I literally don't even have the 25 minutes: I come home, I grade papers, I write lesson plans, I do homework for grad school, I cook dinner for family, I go to…
  • Total Body is the bane of my existence! I have the hardest time with it and end up modifying a lot more than I want to do. :( But I completed it.
  • Done! So much easier today!! Wasn't "easy" but much better than last week!! I only had to do modifier for hopping/jumping moves that were done while in squat/lunge position. Those are harder on the knees. I did not have to take any pause for water breaks, but a couple times I stopped an exercise about 4 seconds early…
  • I copied this from my post on Friday's workout : I'm SO ECSTATIC! Weight: down 2.8lbs Thigh R: down 1.4 cm Thigh L: same (odd!) Stomach: down 1.7cm Hips: down 0.5cm Waist (natural): same Bra Band: down 1.7 cm Calf L: down 0.5cm Calf R: up 1 cm? thinking I measured wrong. I measure in CM because it's easier to see changes…
  • Keep it up everyone!! We are doing awesome!!! :) Today is Day 1 of Week 2 for me. I just finished the cardio and was surprised at how much better I did today! I was able to keep up with most of it and only had to do modifier for the moves that require hopping/jumping while in squat or lunge position (hard on the knees).…
  • Great job 7shakey7!! I do the same process, it's a journey! :) looking forward to week 2 stating tomorrow!
  • I decided to do measurements today because I will be out of town this weekend and won't have a chance to measure tomorrow. I'm SO ECSTATIC! I just wanted to share with someone who can be as excited as me! :) Weight: down 2.8lbs Thigh R: down 1.4 cm Thigh L: same (odd!) Stomach: down 1.7cm Hips: down 0.5cm Waist (natural):…
  • I only made it through Lower today. I'm so dead after one workout I don't think I'll make a double. What I'll try to do is do 6 days with only 1 rest instead, but this weekend we'll be out of town so I probably won't get that second cardio in this week. Either way: Lower body is killer. My "weak point" is definitely my…
  • Did this yesterday. Loved it, but it was teh HARDEST AB WORKOUT of my LIFE.
  • FRANNYXGLASSX - don't quit! Are you following the moderator at all?? If you are struggling, follow Tanya and do the full exercises when you can. My BIL is in the military, has tough PT daily, and even he said the first few days on T25 were hard. It takes time and it's a LOT of cardio (Plus that full body is HARD). I do as…
  • Burpees SUCK. They're awful. But I really like SPEED1.0. Probably my favorite workout in the group. Back is definitely sore today, and this was 2 days ago!
  • I also barely made it through! I felt like I was ready to quit 5 minutes in. I was really exhausted yesterday though. I completed it, but had to take breaks on 3 or 4 different times just to catch my breath. Hoping next time will be better!
  • Thanks! It worked now! :)
  • I just started T25 yesterday. I'm 5'2" and am looking to drop 20 lbs at the moment, maybe another 5 afterwards, depending on how my body holds the weight and how I look/feel. I'm a teacher, and this school year was rough and I gained almost 15 pounds!!!! I need to drop it!! I'll add you and maybe we can keep each other…
  • I did Alpha Cardio yesterday! Didn't log the calorie burn - I've decided not to eat back my calories, but am trying to stick with a 1500 /day calorie limit. Today I'm actually feeling pretty good, but my calves are TIGHT and SORE. I've got SPEED 1.0 coming up in a few minutes. Here goes nothing!
  • Hey! I'm just starting T25 too! I've done it before and I love the way it makes me feel about myself, but I always have quit about week 3 before. :( I've got a couple weeks before the school year starts up again full force (I'm a teacher) So I'm hoping to jump start it now and use that as a motivation to keep going!
  • I took off a few days over the weekend of the 4th because I had a lot of friends/family in town and my house was PACKED. This week I went bakc and did 1 day of L1 and 1 day of L2 before starting level 3 because I wanted to build up after the break. Did Level3 today and HOLY COW, Round 1 = thigh killer!
  • Hey everyone! So first things, on my last post I said I was on D4 but I meant D5. Yesterday would have been D6 but i just couldn't do it. I just could not push through no matter how hard I tried. So I listened to my body and took the day off. I think part of it was repetition/boredom. I'd already done level 1 several…
