Hi Everyone! Awesome plans for this week and very inspiring. My plan for the week is: Lots and lots of water Get in at least 4 days of cardio (which is way more than I've been doing) Watch my portions, but still have some of my favs (I tend to binge when I feel deprived) and Black Friday shopping,of course :happy:
