  • I had to remove my weight loss ticker since no weigh-in until New Years. That four pounds wasn't looking too good.

  • I can totally relate about the scale! My jeans are getting loose on me but I still can't fit into a smaller size. At least I know what I'm doing is working, and to top it off we rejoined our local YMCA today! I'm so excited because we haven't had a memebership there since March. I'd love to start swimming again.
  • Great job! It's those small victories that mean a lot, like not eating as much as last year! I also went over by 78 calories but I feel good about it because I ate way less than last year.
  • Great job on your workout! Well, I got up and get my workout in, had a healthy breakfast and have already drank 6 cups of water. Our family dinner isn't until this evening but I plan to eat in moderation and enjoy a piece of pie. Be safe everyone and I hope you have a wonder Thanksgiving!

  • Hi Lynn, life does tend to get in the way. The best you can do is pick yourself back up and more than anything change your thoughts. I truly believe if we just change how we think of ourselves everything else will fall into place. I'm glad to see you on here and I'd be more than happy to offer support. We can do this!

  • Happy Tuesday Everyone! I've been really good today and have already drank 128 oz of water (give or take a few oz. because of the ice.) and I've spent half the day in the ladies room at work. But hey at least I'm drinking lots of water.
