Hi I'm Amy and I'm finally in the right mindset and want to keep it that way. The biggest goal I have right now is beyond weight loss and more about my mindset. I'm working hard to change how I think and feel about myself and my body. I would never speak to family or friends the way I've allowed myself to keep negative thoughts in my head. I'm taking this day by day and saying positive affirmations to myself and not allow myself to get in my way. I know if I change my thought process everything else will fall into place with determination and discipline. I'm off to a great start keeping within my calorie range and drinking a ton of water. My goal is to do cardio a minimum of 4 days a week, and I have no excuses since I have an elliptical in my basement.

I have that negative self-loathing stuff too. Trying my best to shed it, along with the weight. I have 4lbs lost too. GOod job! Betty0
