I too am on a low sodium diet. It is on the bland side sometimes. I have started using fresh herbs and Mrs. Dash. I am also on a heart healthy diet. Dr. said as long as frozen foods are less than 500 mgs. they are fine. I have always cooked without salt.

Thanks for the link, I got sized incorrectly last year by a lady that was too much in a hurry. She measured my rib cage and above the fullest part of my boobs rather than across the fullest part and gave me several bras to try on, I bought 1 and while the band worked the cups were too big. Hope this will help.

I will be making this in a few minutes and having it with my sugar free ice cream on top.

I use water for the liquid and sweeten it to taste with Splenda, if I want or need extra calories I will add blueberries or strawberries. Once I also added a teaspoon of sugar free Hershey's Chocolate Syrup with my blueberries and it was delicious.

I use my favorite salsa (peach pineapple chipotle) on top of filet and bake it. It adds flavor and is yummy. I have also used homemade baba ganoosh on top as the flavoring. I love both ways and they are very low in calories.
