I have only lost 72 pounds... but gained the upper arm on foods that call my name. I can now buy part of my clothes in a regular store and not through mail order. I have learned that soft drinks so not have to be drank the whole time I am awake. I actually only drink water now. My kids actually said they are PROUD of me…

Today I'll stay on track because I want to be ALIVE. I want to be able to play kickball with my granddaughters or do any activity they want me to do. I also want to ride bikes with my daughter and granddaughters.

We use Neosporin Moisture Essentials for our 2 1/2 year old. She has always had bad breakouts and this is all that helps. Everyday I start my day with the same breakfast totaling 83 calories. I have a bowl of oatmeal with 10 blueberries. I use 1/4 cup oatmeal and 1/2 cup of water which is half of a normal serving but makes me sick if I eat that much. I don't use milk or butter in it just splenda to taste.

I started out at the end of December 2011 at 399.9 so I call it 400. I didn't start trying to lose anything until the February of this year. I was hospitalized on February 20th with blood clots in my lungs and decided that day to change everything and weighed in at 391.8 by their scales. I am now at 332 and taking it a day…

In the past I tried WW points with NO success. In the entire 9 months I followed the plan I only was able to lose 1 pound. I have had way more success on MFP with all of the support and the ease of using the site. I am doing a heart healthy diet and being able to log my food and exercise on here is a breeze.

Everyday I have a half serving of oatmeal with 10 blueberries which is 83 calories. I added 2 cups of Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice today and the total was 93 calories.

I'm going to try this using the Splenda brown sugar instead.
