My usual weekday breakfast is cereal, skim milk and a banana. Today it was Trader Joe's Toasted Oatmeal Flakes (my absolute favorite cereal) with skim milk and the banana for 241 cals. I want to try the egg cups sometime.
Breakfast has always been hard for me, I never liked pastry or sweet things for breakfast (even when I didn't care about what I ate) and am never hungry when I wake up. I've had to train myself to eat breakfast because I know its important and since I don't get my lunch break till around 2-3pm, I know I'll be starving by then!0 -

Everyday I have a half serving of oatmeal with 10 blueberries which is 83 calories. I added 2 cups of Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice today and the total was 93 calories.0

Poached Egg on Toast and spinach - 215 calories
Do you do anything special to the spinach or just steam it or what? I'm trying to liven up the spinach and egg thing:) We also love artichoke hearts with it.0 -

Egg, Tomato & Scallion sandwich
hard boiled egg, 2 slices tomato, tsp of dijonnaise, 1/4 slice provolone cheese, chopped scallions on whole wheat english muffin. It was MMMMM, MMMMM GOOD!
234 cals / 30 carbs / 8g fat / 15g protein / 9g sugar (using MFP recipe builder)
You could lighten it up by using bagel thins - I just didn't have any.0
