@Running2Fit I too use Happy Scale! I find going by the average helps me to not focus on the actual number on the scale. Plus, I love their predictions! I do log once on the weekend my weight in MFP, but it’s purely to keep my calorie goals in line.

I started 30DS last month and got through 16 days before the crazy Christmas schedule took hold of me. I’d like to get back on it and will start with you on Jan 1. 😃

My best friend has endo and she suffered from horrible period pain. She had tried birth control and the depo shot and self-managing techniques, nothing worked, until she got an IUD. So I literally cannot move my arms today. I’ve done 14 days so far with a 2 day break in there. On day 13 I did two workouts.

Understandably the scale didn’t move that much. I’m down .4lbs as of today from last Saturday.

@fittnessing64 Oh, I definitely enjoyed myself 😂 but I haven’t done the video in 2 days now. I’m going to do two days of Level one followed by two to make up for it. Today is my new Day 13.

So I had a terrible day yesterday and made the decision to eat out and binge drink rather than work out. Talk about high calorie and not doing anything to make up for it... 😔 I’m going to give myself a day to right myself before weigh in.

I did Level 2! I admit, it was with every modificiation possible and I had to pause numerous times to catch my breath, but I did it and am literally dripping with sweat 😅 Day 11 done!!!

So, I have a class until 9 tonight which means I won’t be able to do the workout until at the earliest 9:30. This is gonna be a late night for me... I should have gotten up earlier and done it before work.

Y’all! The scale today blew me away! I’m now down 72lbs!!! CW 254.1lbs (-4.5) I’m only going to measure my inches at the end of each Level so I can see which level changes my body the most. I’ll also probably end up doing each level 15 days or so.

Day 6 complete! I have a hard time building up a sweat on most workouts, but today I literally had a few drips of sweat running down my face. It’s a good feeling knowing I’m pushing myself the right way! Tomorrow is weigh in day for me, it’ll be interesting to see if this has moved the scale. Keep up the great work…

What brand of vanilla protein powder do you use? I have Plant Head and can’t stand the flavor! It makes me gag each time I drink it, but that stuff is too expensive to let it go to waste.

Im the only one in my family who likes fish and I have tried to cook it multiple times, but it just turns into a disaster. We stick with shrimp now. Plus they dont like the mildest of fish, cod.
