    I love the Maple grove farms of vermont strawberry vinagerette(35), ceasar(10) and raspberry vinagerette(35)!

    I also use Good Seasonings packets (just add water, vinegar, and oil) to make my own sometimes.
    they have TONNNNNNNNN of sodium in them

    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 T plus 1 tsp red wine vinegar
    sweet n low to taste
    really yummy and the olive oil is good for you

    I always used it as grilled meat topping, but I'm sure it would work great with a salad too.

    Plain yogurt or green yogurt (about 2 cups), 2 TBS mayo (reduces sour flavor of yogurt), lots of basil (fresh or dried), fresh garlic (pressed, salt. Let chill for a couple of hours so that garlic flavor combines well with yogurt.

    I dunno how much fat is in it.. but I LOVE Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressing! The one I use is 45 cal's for 2 tbs.. I love it.

    i mix a couple tbsp plain greek yogurt with balsamic vinegar & mustard. i can't say how much of each, i just do it to taste. yummy, low cal, and low fat (or no fat depending on the yogurt). I do'nt feel at all like i'm making a compromise.

    Bragg's Liquid Amino's is great on salads. Also wonderful for marinading meat, as well as on vegetables.
