So, I've recently re-committed to losing weight. But this time I refuse to go for the quick fix. I plan to lose 1 lb a week until I reach my goal. Anything above that is just gravy. You look amazing!!! You have really worked it out... After having two kids in under a year and 5 altogether you are such a motivation!!! My baby is 13 months old and I just started working on my weight loss... I know I can do this. I'm 5'9 and I started at 237. Thanks for being an inspiration.

Well, I can't really answer your question my tom [Time Of (the) Month] started coming a little early and had been a little lighter but other than that its been the same...I just chalked it up to the exercising and change of diet...

Do not use a swimmers cap alone. They do not work. Just make sure you wet your hair before you get in the pool, that will stop your hair from absorbing the chlorinated water and cover your hair (especially your ends with you oil of choice). I get tummy aches from slim fast as well :-( I now either make smoothies with 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 banana or I use carnation instant breakfast. They are both really good...

I absolutely love california rolls...I also like shrimp rolls but those are definitely higher calorie... Maybe you could save up a few extra calories to get whatever you want or exercise a little more and save those calories...that's what I would do...
