go here http://health.bizcalcs.com/ and click on frame size wrist it will tell you your frame size
Thanks so much for posting this! My husband and I where just talking about frame size. I just confirmed that I have a large frame- I thought maybe I was using this as an excuse for years0 -
LOVE LOVE LOVE this thread! I love AND hate being several heads higher than everyone all the time. At my heaviest I was 172, was 165 when I started with MFP and I'm down to 161...but I was 159 unofficially a few days ago! I wanted to make sure that wasn't just a fluke before I got my hopes up. lol Goal is 150.0

I LOVE this thread! I'm only 5'8" but my stats are
180 lbs and my goal weight is 150.
Its really motivated me to work harder at this, after reading this thread!!!0 -
I am 5'9" tall.

I love to see how different body heights/ weights look on everyone. Everyone looks amazing.0 -
I'm 5'10 was 175 ish in the first picture, 205 9-months pregnant, and 170 in the 3rd one. My original goal was 150 lbs, now I'm 140.

The first one here I'm 157 and now I'm 140. I still have a belly and I hate that, but it seems it stays no matter how much I lose. I'm really working on building more muscle now.

Just to add to the existing answers - I'm 5'9" and am aiming for 149 - currently 158. Looking at pics of the lovely ladies I really don't see myself as looking as skinny and gorgeous as they do. Guess a lot of this is in the mind.
Loads of luck!0 -

Hey We're kinda similar. I'm 5'10" and currently 154, aiming for anywhere between 140-145. I really just want to get fitter and 'toned'. I swim a lot and have recently started running... Got a 5k swim in April and a 10k run in May!
I find it ridiculously tough to lose weight but I always used to be around 140 so I'd like to get back there Good luck!!0 -
5'9"
I hope this comes out okay, the pic is kinda low res.

Tall ladies unite! I love it. I am 5'11.5, and have always loved my long legs. My extra weight is carried in my stomach and butt. I have about 50 lbs to lose total and while I've only been on plan a few weeks, all you ladies are very motivating and I can't wait to see results :-)0

5'10
SW/SS: 282/20-22, XXL
CW/CS: 206/12-14, M-L (yup, I'm a pear)
GW/GS: 175 to start/wearing a size 8 would be ridiculous (and this is only 30 lbs away) but *actually* fitting into a 10 comfortably would rock too0 -
I am loving this thread. I am 5"10". Love my height and working on the weight!
I am just beginning my journey and I am looking for motivation and friends (Tall ones even better haha). Friend me0 -
Wow! 77lbs is a huge accomplishment. I'm 5"9" and currently weigh 235. I just started exercising about 2 weeks ago. The dieting part has not gone as well. I lost 30 lbs last summer only to gain it all back by December. So frustrated but determined to get back on track. If you can offer any suggestions or support that would be great. I think motivation is the key to success.0

Incredible thread. Absolutley inspired. Thank you for all the brave ladies that want to post pics. Something I guess I need to conquer. I am 5' 10" and currently 189. Started MFP in 2011 highest weight was 230 didnt look it though.
At 202 lbs went to have body fit analysis and found out that my BMI wasnt as high as I though. It was about 23% not to bad really, found out that means I have a lot of muscle density. Goal was gonna be 180 but maybe can get a little lower. Started in a size 14/16 and am currently in a loose 12. Dont think I will get to the 4/6.0 -

So true about it being in the head. I look in the mirror and see my stomach fat and every negative area on my body. I feel smaller, but not skinny. I guess it takes the mind a bit to catch up to not being the big. Being tall we are already 'bigger' than most people, then when we are heavy, it justs gets more uncomfortable.0 -

Wow, that is so inspiring! Congratulations on all the hard work and good luck on the rest of your journey
I love this thread and all the various body shapes that the same height women have.
I' m 5'9" and over halfway to my goal of losing 52 lbs
SW: 197
CW: 168.5
GW: 145
I've just started back with MFP after months of eating without counting calories (gained 10lb back. So frustrating.) and I'm horrible with exercising, so I have lots of flab, especially around my c-section area. I'm still snugly in size 12 jeans, but I'd love to get serious with an exercise routine and see if my size drops more drastically, even if my weight doesn't change as much.0 -
bump for later!0

This is something I did for my blog as a bit of a motivation too (I had a contrast for it too) but this is the lightest I had ever been, and I think I weighed 150 or so, I'm wanting to be just a little lighter or more toned because I still did have some trouble areas in my stomach and thighs. If anyone wants to friend that would be awesome too.0 -

Hey, I'm 5'9". I was 154 now down to 144. I'm feeling great but have added an extra 7lbs (total eventual loss of 21lbs) and will see how I get on. I think 140 is probably about right for our height0
