Go for it!! If it fits in your cals, no problem! I usually eat frozen yogurt at the end of the day if I'm under my goal, but I occasionally eat ice cream instead. I prefer the frozen yogurt because of the lower fat content.

Check out Bolthouse Farms dressings. They even have ranch, and 2 T are only 45 calories. Tastes delicious!! I'm also a fan of their Raspberry Merlot Vinaigrette, and am wanting to try their mango vinaigrette.

If you have a yard, plant a garden and grow your produce. you can plant an herb garden in your kitchen, too. if you don't have a yard, see if your community has a community garden where you can rent a garden space. buy things in bulk, or stock up on items when they are on sale.

no difference to water intake? eek!! you need to keep your body hydrated to keep it functioning properly. sometimes thirst is mimicked by hunger. drinking enough water helps prevent excess water weight. etc, etc, etc... http://www.dumblittleman.com/2007/07/9-great-reasons-to-drink-water-and-how.html…

1. Make healthy food choices and stay under calorie goal 2. Complete 60 mins of strength training @ the gym 3. Drink 7-8 glasses of water

mfp doesn't account for the intensity settings on the elliptical, like crossramp and resistance. so go by what the machine says, or get a HRM like other posters have suggested!

I would definitely add more variety, and more fruits and veggies. and you need to be getting calcium from somewhere, whether it is a dairy source or non-dairy source (soy products, almond products, etc..)

I can't keep up with all the responses anymore, and I don't care to read all the religious/non-religious-debate-rubbish, so if you have a caring, non-judgmental response that actually addresses my OP, send me a message!

I'm okay, thank you! I knew that there would be some haters out there. I'm grateful for all the positive and non-judgmental responses.
