Fat doesn't make you fat, it helps you absorb vital minerals and vitamins. Unused calories and carbohydrates make you fat. Just so ya know

Find your calories for maintaining your weight and add 100. Always remember you're eating for you not for 2 that's a myth ;)

I eat bananas like they're going outta style. I can't get enough. I think that's my body telling me I need them. I saw eat up just stay within your guidelines

My sister just told me the other day how skinny I am and I was wearing Yoga pants. She is also the world's skinniest person so it made me feel good :)

I make a grain free pizza that's like 400 calories for a quarter of it but it's so amazingly filling you won't need another piece

I always have a banana smoothie with peanut butter and some sort of milk with a little honey, or eggs and 2 turkey sausages, then I have an apple or banana like 2 hours later. then lunch 2 hours after that, then another snack 2 hrs later then another snack 2 hrs later then dinner I think it's good I've lost almost 20 lbs…

I am so concerned! I don't even have kids yet but it's sooooo disgusting all the fried foods and what not. That our schools consider FRENCH FRIES a VEGETABLE! GROSS!!!!

I'm about to embark on a new adventure. My Naturopath is giving me a natural antibiotic and if I consume refined sugars I will get physically ill AKA throw up so that should be fun. I'm taking it for a month so it will be easy to stay away from refined carbs and sugars which I mostly do now I just won't be able to cheat.…

You're body gets used to what you're doing. Try Zig-Zagging calories or switching up your excersize routine :)
