Does anyone know of a safe, natural way to get rid of water retention? My stomach is so bloated and I am miserable!! I took a diurectic but I know they aren't that safe. I am looking for something natural and fast! Thanks

Coffee is a natural diurectic, also keep an eye on your sodium intake0

drink more water to flush the fluid out.... then eat plenty of fresh fruit! that always helps me out especially strawberries, grapes and fresh pears0

I just take a water pill... not everyday.. why are diuretics not safe?? I am not very educated on this sort of thing... I thought basic water pills were ok. I don't take stimulants to lose weight... I know those are mostly not safe... AND I try to minimize salt consumption... today is NOT a good example of that! LOL!! OH and coffee... I drink at least 3 or 4 cups a day.0

Drink more water!!! I hold water when I am not drinking enough. Once I get enough- I am peeing every 15 minutes it seems like and no more bloating then!
Also- asparagus is a natural diuretic. Stick with the natural stuff

A water pill is okay once in a while, but a friend of mine ended up in the hospital for dehydration after taking too many when we were teenagers.0

I had the same problem a little bit ago I used coffee and tea.0
