  • i dont think your body is ready. I never been that heavy before but I was slightly obese before and it was really hard for me to do any running or any like full body workout . So I did some light weight lifting with some cardio.. like i took it slow so thatss what i think you should do.. when your ready youll know.

  • I try to take pictures i often forget but then im like i need to take pics or i wont see the change. but i did take a before photos . Im not at 30 lbs change yet but I feel like that too. I tend to lose in my stomach i guess im lucky but for me its my legs and arms like it takes for ever to lose that.

  • haha thats great kinda happened to me i had lost 10 lbs when i broke up with my ex and its like i kinda knew things werent working out and especially he started acting different when i told him i was on a weight loss journey . but i met someone who totally supports me and you will too!

  • I think any beachbody program gives like good results as long as you're diet is good.
  • I'm still on my journey. But I don't eat chocolates, cookies, cake anymore. I just don't think about it. I had ice-cream on cheat day enjoyed it though. I think it gets easier and when I eat something bad I just think about enjoying it for the moment and remember after I've had my portion - thats it. Its about self control
