    I’m back!! 🙂. And pretty excited- I started Max30 today. Cardio Challenge was the first workout. It was awesome. I’m looking forward to cussing at Shawn T some more 😉 My max out was 4:51. Yeah that sucks but I will kick its butt and improve the time!

    Day 2 of Max30. Today’s workout was Tabata Power. That was pretty interesting. So far I’m really liking this program.

    Anyone finish cize and have before and afyer pics... I started it once before and didnt finish .. Today is day one of crazy 8s and man oh man i forgot how sweaty you get lol

    I think any beachbody program gives like good results as long as you're diet is good.
