Friday Night Fight 1 was today’s workout. WOW that was something. 🙂 Max30 is definitely kicking my butt and I’m glad. My max out times are low but those will improve!

How are you liking lift4?
I was in a funk about it a couple weeks ago because I felt bulky. But I made a few dietary changes, got rid of the Thanksgiving weight, and lost 10 lbs since then. I look better, I'm getting nice compliments, and dropped to a size small. So sometimes the scale stinks, but I'm learning to look at the nsvs like my clothes and lifting heavier.
I'm considering Hammer and chisel next because it seems like the middle ground between Liift4 and 80 DO.2 -

I didn’t see anything different when I did Lift4. I’m glad your liking it. I’m currently doing hammer and chisel now. This my second time doing it. First time was 4 years ago. I melted. Literally. I’m doing it again but adding Shaun T workout with it. I need to burn more because I’m too fit. I need to shock it. It is actually helping. I dropped weight finally in a year.1 -
