I'm in! Best organized challenge on MFP. Can't wait to get started. Thanks for running another one.

I drink at least 6 cans a day of diet coke and have done so for over 30 years...in the past 15 months I have lost over 100 pounds...obviously it doesn't hinder my weight loss although I am sure many would say I'm killing myself...LOL.

I do both...I attend WW meetings, log all my points and I also log all my food into MFP...this has been successful for me, since joining WW in January of 2018 I have lost 83 pounds. I find that using both methods keeps me focused on what I choose to eat (you could carried away with the so-called zero point foods in WW) and…

My MFP app on my phone gives me the option to do a manual sync...it wasn't working either :'(
-
Same here...I've tried everything, no sync :'(
-
I'm in too

Wow...way to go! You look so much younger.

What is your Activity Level set at? If you have it set at 'sedentary' it could cause this large a discrepancy when you are as active as you are.
-
Congratulations! You look amazing...your family must be so proud of you.
-
Apples...preferably Envy or Koru apples...delicious and crisp!

I have lost 45 pounds since January and the only exercise I get is walking my little dog. More important than exercise is your diet. Limit sweets, sauces, gravies, and eat lots of protein. More fruit and vegetables will also help fill you up in a healthy way. You can do it...take it one day at a time.

You look amazing and very happy. What a tremendous achievement...way to go!

I have to disconnect the App and then reconnect every single time...very frustrating!

I went back to Weight Watchers in January, now I track in both places. It seems to be working for me because I have lost over 44 pounds since January 3rd when I was having a lot of difficulty before. I think each person has to experiment and find what works for them. The new WW program (Freestyle) is really tailor made for…

Mine is still not syncing...getting a little frustrated here...and there has been no update on the above linck from yesterday
-
Thanks, that is what I have decided to do.
-
Thanks for this...pocket it will be.
-
Thank you for your response! That is what I thought but some people have told me that I am wrong and that it does count every step. I don't know whether I could push a grocery cart with one hand but I sure will give it my best shot...lol...either that or quit buying more than one days worth of groceries at a time :D

I am in!

I am in again...thanks for hosting another one!

You have taken a very important first step by joining MFP...the key to meeting your objective is to make full use of the MFP Diary...log absolutely everything you eat and drink, be brutally honest with yourself, you don't have to allow anyone else to see it but it is very important in understanding what works for you and…

After a year away from MFP, and your challenges, I hope that you will allow me to join the new challenge. 13 months of prednisone has done a real number on me weight wise. This Sunday is supposed to be my last dose and I hope I never have to take it again.

Go to 'settings', click on 'update diet profile' and you will be able to enter a new starting weight and todays weight.

Weight loss requires that your calories in are less than your calories out...no exercise required. Body composition, and therefore how you look in your clothes, requires exercise...most effectively, weights. Even if you can't walk right now perhaps you could do some light weight lifting and progress from there. Good…

Scales are notoriously bad at measuring body fat percent. I wouldn't trust either.
-
What an AWESOME achievement...way to go!

1. Drink lots of water 2. Weigh everything on a food scale 3. Try to move a little more everyday 4. If you have a bad day pick yourself up and start again right away 5. Be kind to yourself Good luck, you CAN do it!
-
Thanks for the laugh!!

I hadn't heard anything about it...so, thanks for posting this. It does look very interesting...and better looking than the Apple watch. Unfortunately, I got turned off Fitbit and just got a new Garmin Vivofit2 so I really can't justify the expense...maybe next year.

Wow...congratulations! What a fantastic job. You have certainly inspired me...and I am sure many more. Thank you so much for sharing and especially for all the progress pictures.
