Umm yeah still needs some work emotional eating chit the beat of me tonight. It was quite ugly. I tried shutting down my diary at 7:30 already over by 100 cals but I went back in the kitchen. I am now 760ish over. It was bad. Time to just put myself to bed.

I love jalepeno cilantro hummus with carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, and jicama for dipping. You could bring pita chips as well.

Peanut butter and chocolate cheerios by the handful. I've measured out what a handful is and keep track so I know how many cals to out in at the end of the day. On a bad day it can be quite a bit.

I bet even though the scale isn't dropping much you are getting smaller and really isn't that what you are after. Keep an eye on those measurements but dropping bodyfat is a good thing I would find motivation in that number and keep doing what you're doing.

Yup I have to eat all my cals to lose weight. I use the body media fit and my daily burn is 2700-3200 so I have to eat a min of 1700 cals a day. That gives me a 1000 cal deficit still! That means all of the 1350 that MFP gives me Plus my 400 exercise cals...

Met my goal for yesterday of 80 oz and am well on my way today. Getting the workout in early really helps!

This approach works well for me as well. Eating protien with every meal and starting the day with it helps keeps the carb cravings away. Because if your anything like me you don't binge on boneless skinless chicken breast :)

I don't think you can actually fix the fix but planks are one of the ab exercises that I can co. Invites ly with a split. I struggle through most others and my split it pretty wide.
