1500 - 1600.MY GOAL IS 1820. I AM ONLY WALKING 20 MIN TWICE A WEEK. BECAUSE OF MY SIZE IT IS DIFFICULT TO DO TRADITIONAL EXERCISES. EMBARRASING! I FEEL WEAK AFTER ONLY 20 MINUTES.
