  • I haven't really been tracking my calories. Everything I have read says there is no need to track cals consumed when eating clean. However, I have a VERY hard time losing weight so I think I may need to track. I do not feel I am overeating at all but I also don't typically lose anything if I'm eating over 1000…
  • Thanks. I don't expect huge results w/in days but I would think that cutting out so much processed food would give me some kind of change/result fairly quickly. Everything I read says people are losing a few lbs/wk and are seeing even better results in their measurements. I guess I feel a little helpless. I have a VERY…
  • Thanks so much! I am really motivated by your success. I have lost 15 lbs so far and set a some-what hard goal for myself to lose another 4.8 by the end of the month (Actually, I'll be happy if I can do it in 3 wks). Not that it's impossible but pretty difficult for me. I have a really hard time w/ breathing when I run. I…
  • You are so motivating! Congrats! I am on W3D1 (REPEATING) of C25K. I just don't think I'm ready to run for 5 mins straight so I decided to repeat last week!! However, after reading your story....I may attempt it tomorrow! Thanks! You look great and you're story is awesome!
  • This is very motivating! I just completed W3 today and I swear...I was going to die this morning on the treadmill! It was so hard! I am really struggling w/ breathing when I run. I have slowed down my pace to 5.0 when running and 3.5 when walking...I just cant imagine that I have to go even slower???? I'm terrified to…
  • Omg, you guys have me almost in tears! You're so supportive! I love this community! Ok, so I did repeat the 2nd week because my first go-around I only had time in the week to run 2x. And it was challenging so I decided to repeat it. Today (my last run in wk 2) just seemed so hard! I'm only 5'1 so I have midget legs...I'm…
  • DEF a chiro!! There is no way to FIX your problem unless your vertebrae are manipulated/aligned correctly to get the pressure off the nerve that is pinched. Plus you will have so many other health benefits from seeing a chiro. Depending on your insurance it can be a little expensive but TOTALLY worth it....you cannot put a…
  • You look amazing!! ! What kind of exercise program are you following?
  • Thank you guys...I have just began mfp journey. I'm not the best at keeping up w/ tracking my food everyday but milestones like this are totally motivating me to stay on track! Thanks for all the comments!
  • AAAAAmazing!!
  • HAHA!! I guess I did!
  • Thanks....I have never really gotten into the stair climber but for some reason I resolved to make this my challenge. I started out slow and didn't really get progressive until about 4 weeks ago but it feels great to say I have accomplished it. Now....I just have to keep it up....or create a NEW challenge for myself. ;o)
