Today I broke my cardio goal of 200+ floors climbed on the stair climber in under 30 minutes!!! It may not sound like a lot but...shew, it's hard!! I started out at just around 80 floors in 30 mins. This has just made my day!

    Thanks....I have never really gotten into the stair climber but for some reason I resolved to make this my challenge. I started out slow and didn't really get progressive until about 4 weeks ago but it feels great to say I have accomplished it. Now....I just have to keep it up....or create a NEW challenge for myself. ;o)

    Nice job!

    Stairs are a killer so that was a great goal and great that you made it.

    I like the idea of goals for exercise like that. Something to work towards keeps people motivated.

    I think I'll try to come up with some for myself.

    Thank you guys...I have just began mfp journey. I'm not the best at keeping up w/ tracking my food everyday but milestones like this are totally motivating me to stay on track! Thanks for all the comments!:smile::happy:
