Today I broke my cardio goal of 200+ floors climbed on the stair climber in under 30 minutes!!! It may not sound like a lot but...shew, it's hard!! I started out at just around 80 floors in 30 mins. This has just made my day!

Thanks....I have never really gotten into the stair climber but for some reason I resolved to make this my challenge. I started out slow and didn't really get progressive until about 4 weeks ago but it feels great to say I have accomplished it. Now....I just have to keep it up....or create a NEW challenge for myself. ;o)0

Stairs are a killer so that was a great goal and great that you made it.
I like the idea of goals for exercise like that. Something to work towards keeps people motivated.

Thank you guys...I have just began mfp journey. I'm not the best at keeping up w/ tracking my food everyday but milestones like this are totally motivating me to stay on track! Thanks for all the comments!
