counting saturated fat and sugar
Anybody change their settings so that they're tracking how many grams of saturated fat and sugar they're eating per day? I have read that these tend to add weight to the waist line and that by cutting them down/out, you will see more results in that area of the body. Comments? Suggestions? Success stories?

losing motivation
Ok guys, I'm really struggling this week. I am using C25K and am on week 5 but have been taking it at my own pace, repeating most weeks until I'm comfortable enough to move on. C25K tracking
How is everyone tracking the calories burned when using C25K? I'm struggling w/ it. Also, I'm getting ready to start my 3rd week and OMG it's going to be so hard! I struggled through this week...I just don't know if I can increase my running time to 3 minutes! I have a hard time w/ keeping my breathe. Any suggestions??

I did it!! NSV
Today I broke my cardio goal of 200+ floors climbed on the stair climber in under 30 minutes!!! It may not sound like a lot but...shew, it's hard!! I started out at just around 80 floors in 30 mins. This has just made my day!
