I did my very first day on level 1 last night and plan on doing it again this evening when all the kids are sleeping ;) I'm assuming you do each level for ten days then advance a level?

Thank you :) I guess I should just worry about losing a lb a week and the fat percentage will take care of its self... Was a little concerned about the water percentage due to breastfeeding... But it makes sense that the electrode won't travel through milk like water!!! I might go to the drs and get them to use those…

I'm going to sound really thick now :o but does it really matter if a person does have a higher body fat percentage? When they are still losing weight ? And What are the health benefits of being in the 'healthy body fat range' Thanks :)

I keep changing, when I'm active one week I eat more, net of 1900 ( some days 2200 calories) then when I'm supper lazy just 1900 calories... But I've a sweet tooth and my down fall is going over these limits by 400 then gaining 2 lbs :/ I've since lowered it to 1700 and am forcing my self to exercise so I have more…

You did it before??? What does it entail? I need to lose about 30 lbs as well! How many lbs can you lose in 30 days?

I'm 5f 9 and I wore my first 4inch heels last month and I felt fantastic until I saw pictures of me in them, next to shorter ladies and I looked like a transvestite :( maybe cause of my big build.....I was disappointed!!!

I've googled it a little... They recommend 1800 to 2000 and walking for exercise... Eat healthy snacks..and plenty of water.. Good luck

Hi I'm a mother of six kids. Ranging from 15 weeks to 15 years! They are fantastic and are such a blessing to me ;) but I don't seem to find any time to exercise anymore ;( and as I'm still breastfeeding so can't really diet. Does anyone know if there is any section on my fitness pal to account for 'breast feeding' either…
