I havent changed mine at all im just more mindful of portion size if im hungry ill eat I dont worry about what it is if I fancy it I will eat it its all about moderation some days I even had to eat more x x x

All scales can vary a few pounds so just stick to one set then u will know what ur loosing

Heya what sort of exercises should I be doing just after some advice I run 3 miles 3x a week have started the 200 sit up challenge and do shakea weight 6 mins every day I dont have a gym membership so looking for things to do at home any dvice wud be great x x

Take ur measurements in cm its so encouraging wen u see them drop maybe u need to do some toning exercises to tighten it all up aswel u will soon see a difference then x x x

I had this problem n the wy I kicked it was I allowed myself to pig out one day and eat loads had such bad stomache ache the next put me right off and have been ok since still have the odd kikkat tho x x x

Im on depo have been for a year started it after my second child I am loosing weight slowly but surely and never gained any I do get rather bloated n retain water at my tom tho but it soon settles back xown x x

Ur body is no longer in starvation mode and ur matabolism has had a kick start its a good thing well I think thats wats prob happened anyway. Xx x

Im glad im not the only one I never use to eat breakfast just a cup of tea but started eating it n def feel more hungry n eat more during the day think im gonna go back to not eating it and see how I go as ive hit a point where im not really loosing so a change in routine cant hurt can it

Thanks will try the exercises went to see doctor wasnt very helpful just said it was shin splints and gave me some strong ibrofen made an appointment with physio she thinks my problem could stem from my hips gonna try some exercises. As I have motion support running shoes and have to change them every 3 months hopefully…

i advise going running worked for me before i found this app i just ran2 to 3 times a week no diet and lost a stone and dropped from a size 20 to a 16 wen i first started i cud run 1 min then had to walk for 3 can run 30 mins non stop now x x x
