Hello everyone.

My name is Stephanie. I'm 27 and need to lose another 41lb (already lost 31lb). I was following slimming world but have lost all motivation and really need to get it back quick, i don't want to suffer during the summer and really want to be at target for Christmas.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone during our weight loss journey

Good luck, What other things do you do apart from slimming world
  • Good luck - hopefully you'll find MFP to be the motivation you need, particularly if you choose to make your diary viewable so can't eat too much junk food!
  • from the uk aswell......feel free to add:smile:

Thanks everyone. I have sent requests to those who said i could

I do zumba twice a week and lots of walking. I also have a cross trainer at home and try to get on that at least 3 times a week too but tbh i find it a bit boring and only manage about 20 minutes each time.

Not from the UK, but from Belgium. If you want, you can add me as well; our countries are practically neighbours anyways.

Hi, I'm from Manchester and also new to this forum.
I'm a veteran 'looser' and have been successful in loosing 70 lbs 25 years ago( I'm 42).
I still have that nasty 8-10 lbs that won't budge and grows into 28 lbs if I'm not careful.
I don't diet but eat clean i.e no processed foods or drink.
Hope we can swap ideas and stories.

    Hi Stephanie,

I'm from Wales, feel free to add me.
I have lost 12 and a half stone over the last 2 years but it has started to creep back on and so I joined MFP for inspiration and motivation to finally lose the last 3 and a half stone.
I love the way everyone helps on this site.

    Good luck

    Keri x

I am singularly bad these days with meeting new people so yes, please add me. :)
I love all things Anglophile and hope by hanging out with other Brits the poshness will rub off on me...

    Hi Stephanie,

You've done amazingly well to lose 31lbs so far - well done!

Everyone hits a bad patch now & again, but I would say you've definitely come to the right place for motivation.

I've also been a member of Slimming World in the past (more than once!) - as well as just about every other UK slimming club at one time or another! :ohwell: But I feel the support on here is the best I've ever found.

Good luck with losing the rest of your weight! Feel free to add me as a friend if you like
