I seem to be injury prone, any one else?

I have lost a total of 30lbs (20 since i started using MFP) I've worked out with a personal trainer and am training for a half marathon. i am so much stronger than I used to be but the issue i'm having is on, what feels like, a monthly basis I am having small injuries that are keeping me from working out.
I pulled a calf muscle running in ball hockey.
I dislocated my shoulder in ball hockey.
I pulled something in my lower back by putting a 10lbs weight away
I have "runners knee" from running
and I now have the tightest muscles in my left hip/leg/knee from running
I go to physio, massage and soon the chiropractor to for all of these things but as soon as one thing gets better something else seems to happen! Has this happened to anyone else? and what do you do to either prevent injury, fix it fast or just to stay motivated!?

I was so proud of me! Did 3.1 without stopping Friday night! Now I'm on day 2 with a sore ankle. The only words of wisdom I have are take it slow.3 years ago I kept running and injured myself so bad that I couldn't run for a year and a half. Tread slowly.....0

My injuries usually make me quit for that year.
Last year I sprained my foot from running too much. Once my foot had recovered from the sprain, the first day back running, I twisted my ankle something fierce. So, I gave up running and started swimming instead. Started getting shoulder problems. Decided to try running again...sprained ankle.
So far this year, no injuries at all, yay!0 -
Im trying to ease back into running at the mo as had 6 weeks out till middle of jan as shin splints so bad but only just managing to get back up to 5k at a slow pace and the niggling feeling is coming back am trying all strenghening exercises. And not upping ky mileage or trying to better my pace for a while to see how it feels my knees never hurt wen im running its just after so I never know if im pushing too hard managed to sort my back pain out while running I was tensing my upper body. But low n behold pulled my back today picking up one of the kids grrrr0

I apparently have weak ankles. I was doing great in Jan doing the C25K and then pushed through when my ankle was bothering me. Ended up unable to run for a month. Got over that, completed the C25K and was running about 3.5 miles three times a week when my other ankle started up. That was a week ago and I've had one 2 mile run since. I didn't end up crippled this time around, but my ankle was really swollen. I am hoping for another try on Tuesday. Thing is, I LOVE running and feel wonderful when I am doing it. If my stupid ankles would stop giving me problems. I have great running shoes (went to a running store) and supportive inserts because I over pronate and have high arches.0
