My 3-year old ate these faster than I could make them :) You're def. right about the salt! For some reason, it's very easy to get them too salty!!!

Okay- I really shouldn't be confused after so much wonderful info..BUT, alas, I am. I DRY FRY them in the oven.....and.... EAT them DRY??? RIGHT?? Or, do I soak them with something (ie. a terriyaki sauce) after the dry fry to make them soft like a noodle?? Thanks :)

'Tuna Melts'- a can of Albacore mixed w/ 1 T. of mayo made w/ olive oil on top of lightly salted rice cakes and Laughing Cow Chipotle on top..baked in oven for 10 min. :) It was really good!
