If that's all your eating every day, maybe you should increase your intake a bit and see if that works...I was having the same issues and increased a bit and the scale started moving again...I also started lifting weights so not sure if it was the increase in cals, the weights or a combo of both, but it worked!

This is what I do. I had stalled and at the recommendation of SideSteel and Sara I changed some things up to follow TDEE and the scale has definitely started moving again. I feel better as well!

I used to be this way, then I found something i really like to do (spinning) and I rarely ever miss now. I love going and feel so much better when I do! I would MUCH rather be on my spin bike than cleaning house :tongue:

I never even thought about counting cleaning as exercise...if that worked id be a toothpick right now lol. My problem is that I WANT to do it at the gym but all the women at my gym treat the weights section like the firey furnance. Guess those guys better get used to me because I'm movin on in!!
