My EDD is 8th May but our first little boy was 4 weeks early and a very healthy 7lb 5oz, and the midwives are already saying that this little boy is currently a very good size for how far along in pregnancy I am. So I have a very strong feeling that he will be an April baby. I said the whole way through my last pregnancy…

We have a 4 year old little boy called Aden Riley. I used to do a lot of travelling before I fell pregnant so I wanted to name our Son after a place but not one that was obviously a place or too common. Aden is a beautiful port city in Yemen, I liked Riley from hearing it many years ago on the tv show Buffy The Vampire…

I wet the strap and put a new battery in before trying it in the house. Could it be that I used a cheap battery and maybe it wasn't strong enough? I think the strap was tight enough. Where abouts does the actual monitor on the strap need to sit? Maybe I got that wrong

do they? ah right.

I'm starting Bokwa tonight and I think I'm going to have to create a new exercise in order to log it. At first I'm just going to have to do a very rough guesstimate at calories until I get my heart rate monitor

Oh, and I only eat one item at a time then I move on to the next food. I don't like to mix food My Mum says that I have always done these things from being little

OMG! That is almost exactly the same as me!! Except for the gravy. I hate it full stop. I'm the same with the size of things. I tend to eat the meat first then the veg in order of my least fave to my most fave. And I definately eat around the edges of food before eating the middle! Maybe we are OCD twins! lol

I'm nursing a 14 year old anorexic girl at the moment and it is absolutely shocking me. Her thought processes are so disturbed that she is even struggling to drink water and is limiting her intake. This is because on eating disorder units there is a 'trend' of the patients drinking lots of water prior to being weighed. It…

I'd definately get him checked out by the Doctor first just to rule out any medical reasons that may make him feel more hungry. If it was me, I would definately ban candy/crisp and any other junk food snack from the house. And I'd get loads of fruit and healthy cereal bars etc in the house. That way if he feels he needs to…

Mum, Dad, Son (2 years old). They are the 3 most precious things in my life. If we are going down the fantasy route then I'd say; Taylor Lautner Matthew Salling Pierce Brosnan (mmm.... sexy older man) lol

For some reason, (I think I have lost my mind), I'm in! lol Ugh...... :(

When I'm on night shifts and I eat something around 4 in a morning I log it as breakfast for that actual day. Then when I get out of bed later at around 4pm I log that as lunch and then my dinner will be around 9pm

Hi, I didn't watch Day Break but it was on at my childminders when I was dropping my little boy off and I just caught a tiny mention of it so thought I'd try and find out a bit more about it. It does sound pretty restrictive on the protein only days but it says that after a while you will be back on a normal diet, so I…

I'd agree with shaky babe. Set your daily activity level as the one which you do the most. Which sounds like sedentary. And then log any extra exercise. That will give you more calories to eat on the days that you need them the most :)

It's a great way to get some intense exercise in in a short space of time. The workout is only 20 minutes which is great for me. I was doing it before I went on holiday and was enjoying it. I'm going to start again soon. It did help with my weight loss but as I didn't do past half of it I don't know about end results.

I think that it's all down to personal choice. We found out that I was pregnant at 6 weeks and immediately told our parents. I also had to tell my boss and work colleagues as I worked on a psychiatric ward and was at high risk of violence and aggression. Plus they had to put an extra member of staff on my shifts so that…

WOW! That is absolutely amazing! WELL DONE!!!!!!

I'm a Mental Health Nurse and I work with children and teenagers with mental health problems. I absolutely love my job and am soo passionate about it. BUT... I couldn't even consider a paycut simply because I can't afford one. My monthly bills are already more than my monthly wage so I already have to work overtime just to…

I'm in a similar situation, up at 6:30am and only getting home by 7pm with a 2 year old to look after. As soon as we get in the house I put the tea in the oven/steamer etc and then we head out for a 25 min walk with the dog. This is also a bit of quality time for us as we chat, sing and learn numbers/letters etc along the…

Put your chicken breast on some tinfoil then cover it in a few slices of tomato, a few slices of carrot, some sliced onion, and a tiny bit of garlic. Wrap it all up like a little parcel and pop in the oven for 40 mins. It keems all th moisture in the chicken and helps it to absorb the flavours. Not sure if it's low in…
