Activity level different each day?

Hi! I've just started counting my calories, and I'm a little confused about my activity level. On school days I mostly sit unless walking between classes, from the bus, to run errands, etc, and I work as in sales (standing but not active really,) but I also work once or twice a week as a waitress in a place that's so busy I often break a sweat, which is definitely active. If I'm lightly active on some days but active on others what activity level should I choose. 1400 calories is fine on school days but I'd feel really faint on work days!

maybe set it as sedentary but log the waitressing as exercise and eat those calories back? Do you have a HRM (or could borrow one for a shift) so you could track your cals at work?

I'd agree with shaky babe. Set your daily activity level as the one which you do the most. Which sounds like sedentary. And then log any extra exercise. That will give you more calories to eat on the days that you need them the most :)
