I'm about 5ft2! I found though that with 1200 calories I lose a steady 1-2lbs weekly. If I go up to 1500csls I'm only losing .5 every two or so weeks. Doesn't work well for me. Not sure why but my body seems to like 1200

I was thinking that too but then again if I up my calories to 1400-1500 I'm not losing. Maybe .5 every two or so weeks. Which is a no go for me

Yours seems to be out of calibration. 20,000 should burn well over 500 cals. 10 miles a day and only burning 500 sounds a little off

Usually I stick to 1500 but some days such as day I go hard at the gym and walk for over an hour I'll go to 1700 cals

15lbs over 2 years of working out. I think the issue before is the matter that 1200 calories is not enough for anyone who works out. Its not even enough if you're in a comma.
