Anyone else tired of starting over?
I start off great and by the end of a couple of weeks I undo all the great progress by binging. Stupid stupid stupid. Trying this over 1200 calories until I'm down to my goal weight then adding to maintenance!

Not losing weight

Looking past the number on the scale?
So I started mfp a long time ago eating 1200 calories I lost over 30 lbs. I barely exercised and my body felt physically drained. Cheat meals/ cheat days?!
Anyone find success in letting loose once a week?! I use to eat in a surplus for the cheat meal but recently I've decided to make it mid day and still within my calorie limit for the day. So currently I'm 155lbs looking to get to 125! I'm eating 1500-1700 cals a day and trying to keep my macros at 40/30/30. Some days it's so hard to log it, anyone know a good meal plan?! I'm also working out 4 days a week (20 min cardio a day and the rest of the hour I lift)
