Meal plan?!

So currently I'm 155lbs looking to get to 125! I'm eating 1500-1700 cals a day and trying to keep my macros at 40/30/30. Some days it's so hard to log it, anyone know a good meal plan?! I'm also working out 4 days a week (20 min cardio a day and the rest of the hour I lift)

Here's what I do. You can scale it to your calorie maximum. It requires some advance planning, but it's flexible and easy to live with.

    Breakfast
8 oz cup plain yogurt + 3 oz fruit

    Lunch
6 oz lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey, etc.)
    8 oz cooked veg
    8 oz salad + 1 Tbsp dressing
    6 oz fruit

    Dinner
6 oz lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey, etc.)
    8 oz cooked veg
    12 oz salad + 1 Tbsp dressing
4 oz starch (potato, sweet potato, pasta, etc.)

    Snack
    1 apple or
1 slice whole wheat bread + 1 tsp peanut butter

If i eat porridge(about 50 grams) with some berries for breakfast I feel much more full than if I eat anything else, although its pretty low on protein so you might wanna throw in a couple of eggs on the side or something.

You might checkout the below website. It let's you put in what your goals are for calories/fat/protein/carbs (macros) and then it creates a food plan for you. It lets you modify, if you don't like an item. It even creates a shopping list for you.

I have an amazing meal plan that I follow that includes protein cheesecake, delishious main meals and even a fast food option of the week. All fitting perfectly in my macros and calories. It's a month long plan that my group does. It's starting up again in a week. Message me if you want details. You won't regret it.

That meal plan sounds good jackNYC. Could it work for a 1200 calorie plan?
