It's probably never happened to you but alot of people don't have energy to get up and clean...and when they do it's like for the first time they can move and do alot...I say it's ok to count that as calorie burning...:wink:

I've always found that eating carbs creates the craving for more carbs!! Vicious circle....so much nicer and easier to stay away from them plus you don't get so hungry!!!

I would not worry about it at all...if you have changed your foods to mostly "good stuff" I think it is going to digest and not have that much waste as when eating the garbage, high fat sugary things and the "white" carbs...so I let my body do the talking and it always comes through for me!!! :flowerforyou:

The ACV is like a miracle for many things...I've done the water drinking for lots ...UTI is one..but the weight loss part I'd forgotten about and will start doing that again today!!! It's very cleansing to your whole system..I've not heard about the coconut tho...how is that taken?? I put Almond milk on my cold cereal…

You have the right motive for getting healthy!!! Just a little word for you...try and not think about HOW FAR you have to go...just focus on TODAY and how much better you are doing!!! You can overwhelm yourself with dreading and thinking about the long haul! SO just for today is all you have to even think about! :)
