Very stressful time right now so I haven't been logging on.
I think I've been sticking to the challenge more often than not, though, and it's helping. Good thing since my son's wedding is in 9 days!!!

I'm in!! My weakness is late night snacking! I have been
trying really hard to not eat past a certain time and sometimes I really have to fight it!!0 -

I am definitely in. Late night is one of my worst times, especially for the unhealthy foods. I love that there is this group formed.0

Im in..dont know what it is but i get hungry the moment my head hits the pillow...then cant sleep till i get up and grab something0

Ok I'm on board but I don't know what the rules are...is it just keeping track of the nights I win vs. eat late??? That's always been one of my big downfalls...I used to get up in the middle of the night and eat but I don't do that anymore thankfully. I've made so much progress but late nights for a night owl is challenging...thanks for any feedback!!0

you can count me in I've developed a habit where I can't watch a TV programme or a film without snacking, even straight after I've had dinner. So LNS is gonna get kicked to the curb - even though this month is almost over it's never too late to start0

hi would like to join. My biggest stuggle is with night or when I first go to bed, I often get up and eat. A little snack here and a little snack over there and before you know it I have eaten way to much.0

Had a 1/2 an 1/2 week.... I snacked the other times too but I had enough calories to cover them....
One GOOD thing is it has went from 11:45pm snacking (after going to bed) to 10pm snacking (which is BEFORE I go to bed) ....
baby steps... baby steps.... to getting rid of it

i have conziztently gone over calories EVERY night the past 3 nights...
to my defense I usually wake up from a bad dream ( I have terrifying nightmares) , and eat a bowl of cereal to get me back to sleep. this is what I look like eating it... :sick:0
